Meacham children (circa 1895)

Based on the ages of the three children in this photograph, I’m estimating that it must have been taken around 1895.

 

These are the oldest three children of Francis Judson Meacham (“Jud”) and his wife, Elizabeth Leona Reed Meacham (“Libbie”).  According to notes the oldest daughter (my great-grandmother (Laura) Vivien Meacham Haynes) kept as an adult, these are the family dates:

“Jud” May 22, 1862-Nov. 11, 1939

“Libbie” July 20, 1867-Feb. 6, 1952

Jud & Libbie were married March 9, 1887

Vivien born Mar. 17, 1889

Leo      ”     Mar. 20, 1891

Ethel    ”     Sept. 14, 1892

Three more children would follow these:

Ruth Ann   Feb. 18, 1897

Clarence    Oct. 9, 1898

Maude Eva July 28, 1901
