Today’s SUNDAY POST is from an historic family Bible from my great-great-great grandfather’s family: John Mix and Nancy (Thurber) Mix. There were pictures in this Bible as well, but none were identified. I’ll feature them in another post later on. The actual Bible is huge (the pages alone are some 5 inches thick, and then the two covers are each about a half inch thick and contoured). The front cover (as much as I could fit on my scanner) is what you see above.
